Aneel M. Pandey, J. D., MBA, received an economics degree from Duke University in 1988 and an MBA
and law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1992. After graduating, he founded Transcender Corporation
(www.transcender.com), which develops training software for Microsoft and Cisco certification. At the
top of the dot com boom, he sold the 65-employee company to publicly traded Information Holdings
Incorporated for $60 million cash. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and three children.
